The Captain’s Cure Villa, is in a secluded, gated, and lovely marina community of townhomes. From the moment the tropical copper gate opens, the experience of high end luxury and exclusivity is everywhere. Surrounded by a natural wooded preservation area, the entry drive meanders into the secluded neighborhood where white two story villas are lined around private canals with boat slips and open ocean waters.
This luxury, private villa has two levels of living space. The first level consists of an open living space with a galley kitchen, large dining area, expansive living area, and a convenient half bath. The living area has ample seating and a large smart television which makes all gatherings fun and inclusive. The galley kitchen is fully stocked for preparing delicious and complete meals with absolutely everything a home chef needs. The dining table seats 6 adults comfortably while 4 bar stools provide an additional bar height seating at the kitchen counter bar.
Up one flight of stairs are the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The spacious master bedroom is serene but light filled made for extraordinary nights and rest filled sleep. It includes a sumptuous King Bed and a large private ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The master bedroom has French doors to a terrace with sweeping views of the tropical blue ocean blues of the Florida Keys. Across the hall the two guest suites share a hallway bathroom just steps away directly across from their doors. One guest room has a King bed & while the other has two twin beds.
Double doors in the living room open to an unusually large covered patio with breathtaking views of the canal, community swimming pool and Gulf. The perfect place for morning coffees and evening drinks.
