  • Completed in November 2019 and located next door to Grouper House, Super Grouper House is another of our signature and custom designed Florida Keys vacation rental homes featuring 5 master suites with a dock and pool, providing an even larger residence to bring together friends and family for an exceptional island experience.

    Five master suites flank an open and spacious living space that includes a professionally equipped chef’s kitchen, dining area and living room.

    Tucked away in a quiet space, a small office provides the perfect place to check email or make an important call affording privacy for those who have to conduct some business while away.  A powder room and a laundry room are just off of the kitchen.

    An expansive outdoor living space includes a daybed, living area with large screen TV and outdoor kitchen and bath – right next to the pool and dock.

    Super Grouper extends onto a wrap-around terrace that expands over the private pool and wide ocean canal, offering extraordinary views of the breathtaking Florida Keys’ sunsets and ocean waters.

    The five master suites are equal in size and amenities and feature individual smart TVs and king beds with specialty Purple mattresses and high-end linens. Time and again our guests report that they experience the best sleep of their life in these beds.

    Each master suite has a private bathroom with a coffee/wine bar. One master suite has a tub with a shower to accommodate an indulgent soak or the convenient bathing of children.

    Each suite of this oceanfront vacation rental surrounds the interior open living space and have sliding glass doors that open to the terrace, affording the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness.

  • Decorated in an elevated yet casual coastal theme, elements of the ocean and tropical landscape grace the inside of Super Grouper House so that every moment reminds you to exhale, relax and enjoy life.

    The porcelain floors have the look and feel of ocean washed salvaged wood while the countertops in the kitchen and master suite vanities are Cambria quartz that reflect the mix of water and sand.

    All living spaces are on one upper floor accessed by an inside elevator or interior stairs or outside stairs off the deck to the private pool and extensive outdoor dining and lounging deck.

  • Every single thing needed for your island adventure is on-site at Super Grouper House. 

    The pool is very large and features a large splash deck made for the splashes of a child or a relaxing and cool respite.

    Under the shade of the home just steps away from the pool, an outdoor kitchen, dining, bar and sitting area provide the ultimate in seaside living.

    Watch the game on the 70 inch outdoor smart TV from the pool or the outdoor daybed, take a nap on the secluded hammock, cuddle up in the round shaded chaise made for two, soak up the sun on one of the designer chaise loungers – you will never want to go inside.

    A pool bath is placed under the deck stairs convenient to the outdoor living space as well as swimmers, fishermen and boaters. An outdoor shower completes the ultimate outdoor living experience.

    A commercial ice maker, extra refrigerator and a bait freezer are located next to the pool and close to the dock for convenience and easy access.

    The private boat ramp located next door at Grouper House is available for the launch of your boat and a parking area across the street is available for parking your boat trailer.

    The ironwood dock is one of the favorite spots at Super Grouper House with frequent visits by manatees and dolphins. Long and wide with running water, lighting and a fish cleaning station, the dock is ideal for fishing as well as for tying up your boat.

This 3500 sq foot vacation home has five private bedroom suites, each with access to the terrace. The open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen are centrally located. An elevator is available for loading and unloading.

Next to the gated pool is a shady indoor/outdoor living space complete with seating and large screen TV, an outdoor kitchen area with a propane grill, an outdoor dining table, and a poolside bathroom.

The dock is available for fishing, filleting your own catch, kayaking, and boating.
