cocktail, in the laughter echoing from a pool at night. It’s in the quiet moments too when time
slows, hearts open, and the simple act of being here changes everything.

At Happy in the Keys, we’ve seen it again and again: our guests arrive as vacationers,

but they leave with stories — of connection, renewal, joy, and sometimes even transformation.

Now, we’re sharing those stories with you.

The Keys to Everything is our new series of short, captivating tales inspired by real
experiences at our homes and the extraordinary people who visit them.

Many of our guests come back year after year, never tiring of the magic.

Grouper House, Pirate Point House, Sunset Villa and Fish Camp House – where every stay becomes more than a vacation.

When my husband and I bought our first house in Marathon, it wasn’t just a getaway it was
life-changing. The beauty of the water, the rhythm of island life, and the peace we found here
next to the ocean gave us something we didn’t even know we needed: a kind of healing from the
trauma of living in the real world and a kind of magic that reminded us of the joy that can be
found living life on your own terms.

The islands changed us. The islands will change you.

And from the very beginning, we wanted to share that feeling with others. We saw the same
transformations in our family and our friends that we hosted here. That’s why we
created Happy in the Keys a small portfolio of luxury vacation residences where guests could
experience the same sense of wonder, joy, and connection that captured our family’s hearts.
Now, we’re bringing those moments to life through storytelling.
